Tulis tutup 4:15..aku sampai 3:10 security guard tak bagi masuk..katanya dah tutup..aikk kat dalam ada orang lagi kot..

Cakap kasar. Marah pelanggan salah masuk pintu tak ikut pintu yang betul tapi mengelirukan pelanggan dengan tanda "masuk" yang melawan arus. Orang kalau nak cepat mana sempat nak baca apa segala iklan kat pintu masuk tu. Orang cuma nak cari pintu masuk je macam kebanyakan bank yang lain. Kalau pelanggan masuk dari ruang atm, memang akan nampak pintu masuk yg satu tu je tak tau pun perlu beratur. Pelanggan cuma nak tanya ada perkhidmatan kiosk kwsp atau tak je. Kalau tak masuk bank siapa nak jawab pertanyaan tu. Bercakap dengan pelanggan tak professional. Marah macam marah anak sendiri. Boleh baiki susunan untuk pintu masuk tu dan cakap baik-baik dengan pelanggan. Kalau tak kisah pun takpelah saya bukan orang berada untuk dilayan baik-baik.

If you do not enter the bank, who wants to answer that question. Talk to unprofessional customers. Angry as angry as his own son. Can fix the arrangement for the entrance and talk kindly with the customer. If it doesn't matter, I don't care if people are not there to be treated well.

nak daftar i-akaun dekat kiosk kwsp. sorg cakap takyah tunggu otp number terus log in buat forgot password. pastu dh buat tak boleh. masuk balik nak kepastian. staf lain pulak kata tggu mesej 24 jam. dah lebih 24 jam pun tak dpt mesej. sorang kata itu, sorang kata ini. kalau ckp elok2 takpe gak. faham busy tapi aku customer taktau apa2. please kerja tu professional sikit.

Another staff member said a 24-hour message. I haven't received a message for over 24 hours. one word, one word. if ckp elok2 takpe gak. understand busy but I customer do not know what2. Dikhabarkan bank rhb ini mempunyai riputasi yg amat buruk Antara ke tidak puas an hati pelanggan adalah: Tiada no tel utk menghubungi bank ini Nak tambah no tel perlu mengambil no di kaunter sedangkan pelanggan berurusan di meja khas secara personal. Jika pelanggan terlambat bayar hutang yg akan menghubungi pelanggan adalah operator & bukan pengawal bank. Pelanggan mendakwa membuat pinjaman Islamic tapi bila pengawal rhb tel menyatakan pinjaman konvesional Layanan kurang mesra banyak rungutan tentang ini. Sekian pandangan saya tentang bank ini

bank patut tutup 4.15 tp belum pukul 3.30 dah x boleh masuk..
the bank should close 4.15 But it's not 3.30 yet, x can enter ..
