★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, very bad service attitude. ? I went to RHB BANK RAWANG BRANCH 4 times, give them all my document but still can’t open an account. If can write a review with no stars, I would rather not give stars.The person in charge of opening an account for the customer, I give them my all document, they say they will call me and let me come again. But they called me back after two weeks but I dont know, I didn't answer the phone I was busy with work. I want to call back but there is " No Caller ID ", I seacrh the google rhb bank number but the number cannot call, why no renew the number let customer to call ? Today I come back again, they say they have call me but I didn't answer and I didn't call back. Hello ?? How can I call back with " No Caller ID" ?? They dont give me their customer service number, how can I call back ?? They no even apologize, and they can confidently say that it is not their problem? In the end, they said they didn't know the boss would open it or not. I said that if they couldn't open it, just give back to me all the document. The woman said that I would destroy the document because there was a bank chop. They even no help me solve the problem, and the boss no reject the application yet, they just destroy the document in front of me. What kind of service is this? Really waste my time, No next time! Never! Wanna open an account at RHB BANK RAWANG BRANCH? Dont think about that, other banks are much better ? My friend recommend me May Bank, Hong Leong, Allaince Bank ? Bye RHB ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent few hours for application and at the end the staff said we can't open bank account as per new rule of bank negara where you cant have multiple company account in one bank. Went to other banks and said there's no such rule. They are just plain lazy to do anything or check before we waste so much of our time. :(
