★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow services from the bank staffs. Keep asking customer to sit and wait. Just doing a very simple task also took ages. Really not recommend this branch. I think this branch only suitable for people who doesn’t rush and have plenty of time to sit here and wait. A lot of customers sitting here and wait, if the efficiency of the staffs elevated for a bit , the customers won’t need to expose in this indoor environment with the danger of exposing ourselves to COVID-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BRANCH NUMBER AT MOUNT AUSTIN AND OTHERS HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED. AND IT SEEMS EVEN THEIR CALL CENTRE DOES NOT KNOW WHY NO ONE CAN CONTACT THEIR BRANCH NUMBERS DISPLAYED ON THE SITE. EVEN THE HQ CALL CENTRE DOES NOT HAVE THE BRANCH NUMBER. CAN YOU IMAGINE AN ANSWER LIKE THIS IN THE YEAR 2022. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY RE WORKING IN THE 1970'S ERA
