★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服务员脾气差，因我没预约就直接进店(之前刚去了Mbank,Cbank,他们都没说要appointment, ）这服务员立刻黑脸，拉高声调，直奔前来叫我出去到门外等，过后又叫我进去，填写好表格后，又说柜台off line，处理不到我要的东西，待客之道，令我shocking
The waiter has a bad temper, because I went directly into the store without making an appointment (I just went to Mbank, Cbank before, and they didn’t say any appointments). The waiter immediately got black face, raised his voice, and rushed to tell me to go out and wait , And then called me in. After filling in the form, I said that the counter was off line and couldn’t handle what I wanted. The hospitality made me shocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis yang sangat-sangat teruk. Tiada org pun kena menunggu 30 minit sebelum dipanggil. Sangat mengecewakan. 2 kaunter dibuka tapi tidak utamakan pelanggan. Amat mengecewakan. Harap staff di sini dipantau atau di ambil tindakan yang wajar. Ingat pelanggan merasa gembira menunggu 30 minit sebelum dipanggil walaupun tiada pelanggan lain pada masa itu.. AMAT TIDAK DIGALAKKAN UNTUK BERURUSAN DISINI
Very, very bad service. No one has to wait 30 minutes before being called. Very disappointing. 2 counters are open but do not prioritize customers. Very disappointing. Please staff here be monitored or take reasonable action. Remember customers are happy to wait 30 minutes before being called even if there are no other customers at that time .. IT IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED TO DEAL HERE

Nice staff but the bank rules system is rubbish, a small problem came 2 times once 2 hours and the last hair was not solved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was slow & got tempered. He was biased and should not scold the customers. I don't understand why he must took every case while the front line counter were so relax. FYI, my case has not settle yet until today. went on 18/6/2018 around 12-1pm.
