★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this RHB branch, not helpful at all, this Chinese female staff even force me to rate high for her even she had done nothing for me, her reason why I should rate high for her is because at least she had WASTED her precious time on me, such a bad service

Bad experience with this RHB branch, not helpful at all, this Chinese female staff is sit beside the Epf kiosk ,when I stand at the kiosk more than 10 minute more, she didn't want to see me at all... Then I go to ask her something, she show me the black face and don't want to answer me ...
If don't want to helping anything, why want to put the kiosk at this bank???
Please this branch to increase ur staff!!!

Trying to get a senior citizen his bank statement to be send to house address but too much in hard box them insisting that he must come to the bank directly queue up as get his passbook updated even during this very very serious pandemic time. Very unprofessional and unfriendly bank service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked using appointment QMS App 1 week earlier, arrived on the actual day early 10 minutes before appointment time. Still had to wait 40 minutes standing as seats outside are limited. End up turned away at 4pm as they close at 4.15pm. So what is the point of your QMS appointment system? I frequently go to many banks(Maybank, CIMB, OCBC) and this is the worst one so far. I rather select other banks for my house loan with far better customer service
