This review is solely targeted toward Nail by Rhythm. I seldom write reviews, but the appalling service that I’ve received here has certainly compelled me to do so. I would like to warn others against setting foot in this nail salon. 1. The unskillful nail technician It was my first time doing express gel manicure, and I won’t say the nail technician was particularly impressive (look at her FB portfolio and see for yourself) or, at the least, friendly at all, but I trusted her in getting the job done. Welp, boy was I wrong. The lighting in the nail salon wasn’t the best for inspection and with my initial thought of “aiya, it’s just single-coloured, there’s no way she could screw it up, RIGHT?”, imagine my shock when I walked out of the nail salon, into my sunlit car, and saw that my nails were painted with the standard of “I can do it myself and for FREE”. As you can tell from my first uploaded picture, there were appearances of LAYERS close to my cuticles, and the most annoying part is that she couldn’t even paint AROUND the cuticle for some of my fingers (refer to the second pic). Most of the edges were not painted according to my cuticle line (see pic 3 & 4) too. Just mediocre skill! ??‍♀️ 2. Abhorrent after-sales support: Basically pulling an Oscar’s Will Smith slap at your face I retracted my good review of her nail salon after a day because it doesn’t sit right with my conscience (I left a good review initially because I was promised a RM 20 off my next visit). Boy, just when I thought my nails were painted bad enough, the after-sales support came in WORST. Basically, the nail technician blamed all the previously mentioned TECHNICAL mistakes on me (even though I took pic 1 just AFTER I STEPPED OUT OF THE NAIL SALON AND INTO MY CAR). So you dare to tell me, with your thick skin, that something could’ve happened to my nails within that one minute of me leaving your salon? Her replies are seriously infuriating. With the sarcastic insertions of “?” and “?”, I felt infantilized and mistreated. I was about to give her the benefit of the doubt when she first promised to fix my nails, stating that she wanted to “solve the problem”. Well, after about a day of delayed reply from me (I was rushing a deadline), she switched 360° and implemented a fresh set of “nail rules”—laughable, really, because I wasn’t informed of it BEFORE I had my nails done. The big slap was when she told me that I couldn’t have my nails fixed now due to the new “rule” of “it’s already over two days”; UM, that’s not what you said to me YESTERDAY? I have every RIGHT to believe that the rules were set AROUND me to avoid taking any responsibility on her end whatsoever (refer to my WhatsApp screenshots; pic 5 & 6). Pathetic. Can I get any clearer with this review? I do not care for your “severance package” of free gel removal service; I just wanted to get my nails fixed and be treated with transparency and basic decency. Not an insult to my intelligence. 3. From a customer’s perspective Her main argument is always this “我涂完一个手我会问你ok吗 你说ok才放进去照灯的哦”, translation: I thought you told me they were okay when I just finished painting your nails? The thing is, again, I TRUSTED her. I TRUSTED her not to screw up a single-coloured gel manicure so damn hard; therefore, I’ll have to admit that I wasn’t particularly meticulous with inspection when I was IN the nail salon (she expects me to make exceptions for her, I suppose). Secondly, the LIGHTING in the nail salon wasn’t backed up by additional bright table lamps (the ones that you’d normally see in OTHER nail salons), so naturally, I couldn’t tell the problem areas till after I went UNDER the sunlight, took pictures, and consulted multiple friends. Surprisingly, it isn’t anything about how the nails were painted that pushed me to my boiling point (it’s not about the money either, I mean RM 20, who cares?), but how she DELIBERATELY mistreated me with her insincerity, sarcasm, and above all, dishonest practice. She left me with no mercy to spare.

The lady boss is very nice. The first time I went for eyelash extensions, I didn't know what to do. I didn't know what kind of eyelashes would be better for me. It's also very durable and won't fall off easily. It's super pretty ?I will come back every other month to get my eyelashes ? The manicure is also very good. It's the first time I have my feet. I'm very satisfied. Spa treatments gel pedi is very comfortable ❤️ The color can also last for more than a month ? Awesome I will be back next time? This is a beauty and nail shop? I will recommend friends to do awesome ❤️

Really love the 2 girls who helped me on my speedy manicure . I'm a indecidesive person , they give me recommendation patiently during the progress. The price is fairly affordable too ☺️SOP follow on point!
