★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented an apartment with 3 bedrooms under c&t mgmt ,via agoda.It's quite a hassle to check in bcoz need to find the mgmt office at the 2nd floor.Other than tht,i definitely will come again.They didnt mind i checked in earlier and the house was in great condition. Sky Avenue,1st World Hotel,etc just within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how my experience actually I'm not ready to give star of this store also I just use single but no chance here please don't visit anyone here if once you enter here after finish your money then only you can go out specially C.T supermarket and C.T.Cafe Selangor building I'm john and I'm from India and how here in ria apartment C.T. Supermarket,C.T.Cafe owner and staff taking advantage to us which is clearly mention rm 2.80 for coca-cola bottle and this bottle was 1.25 ltr and how comes they charge Rm 4.80 to me this is totally wrong I'm Foreigner it's mean they can charge how much they fell it' really not acceptable please make sure it Owner of C.T.Supermarket not only this items it's happen many of times and many of things you are doing misuse to the customers and specially for foreigners so it's my humble request to everyone don't try to visit here before visit here think properly and try to save your money tq ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst place ive ever stayed. zero cleanliness and the smell,oh lord! the toilet & room smells bad. i think people stay here just bcs they hv no choice (last minute). im not sure if they even change the sheets and blanket. ria apartment management, pls do something about it!!!! do major renovation and get proper cleaning agent and maintain things.
