★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Mr Dinesh Ratnarajah to represent me in an industrial court case, and he never registered with the courts as my representation at all, so he didn't do anything at all for me and after years I find out that my case has been mentioned twice in court without anyone informing me even though I made sure that Mr Dinesh maintained knowledge of my contact information and I kept asking him if there had been any movement on the case. I cannot speak as to why this happened or what motivations might have driven this problem, but the fact that I hired him, paid him, and he was never even registered as my representation on my case, is a big problem that he appears unwilling to discuss. Waste of lots of money and time.
