Sat with a friend. Drank latte and ice mocha.
There was an outdoor section.
Cleanliness could do better.. (sticky surfaces)
Toilets were clean.
Average tasting pasta. Will try pastry another time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here few times before. But today was nightmare. Ordered at 8.30, but until 9.30 the food still not ready...
Ordered Hot Chocolate..but received cold one..
When follow up, they tried to speed up but only to prepare food that we already had.
All the food finally arrived after few times follow up. Apparently they were undermanning that cause hectic and mistake at the kitchen. They should have stop taking order from Grab / foodpanda for a while when there were full house customers.. Dont let customers waiting more than hour in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there at 9am but they were not open till 9.10am. I was the first and only customer at that point but the coffee took 15 minutes to arrive. The staff were friendly but need to improve on the time management/efficiency. The coffee here are reasonably priced and good. Pastries were good too. I had a hot latte & a blueberry muffin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 30 mins to complete our order, even when there weren’t that many customers at that time. Some staffs were seen “lepaking” at one of the tables. Food was not up to par - we ordered Nasi ayam Sambal and Nasi ayam halia. Chicken was crispy, but quite dry and not so fresh. We used to be regulars here, but after our most recent experience, I think this will be our last.
