★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about others situation that rated this outlet with less than 3 stars. But credit is given where credit is due.
I went there during tea time. Less people during that time, to be precise only 3 tables including me. The drinks are average, but the salted egg croissant and oreo donut are my favourite.
Staff are friendly, we even chat a little while. So hopefully the management can improve and take noted about the complaints and critics by other reviewers.
As for me, I enjoyed my tea time there, and will continue to frequent there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy mushroom soup, spaghetti carbonara and red velved cake.The mushroom soup is ok but need improvement,the spaghetti carbonara is tasteless and the red velved cake is good.I really recommend red velved cake.Their fresh lemon tea is too sweet and their hot chocolate don't have enough taste in it.And here's some advice if you came in a large group or come with someone that likes to talk loud...EAT OUTSIDE because people come here to relax and enjoy the drink not hear your boring.Overall it's a good cafe with good customer service and drink
