★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a coffee joint that aims to serve the student community, first opened in UUM and then spread to most university campuses in Malaysia. Its low price point and wide menu attract more than just students which is great for the establishment of coffee culture in Kota Bharu.
Coffee wise, they use robusta (or high robusta to arabica bean ratio). It's ashy and smoky taste profile goes great with lots of sugar, flavours and cream. Robusta is cheap coffee bean found in most instant coffee like Nescafe and Italian espresso blends, and is a mainstay for most coffee shops selling sub RM8 coffee.
This is also the reason why you shouldn't compare coffee price here with an artisan coffeehouse that serves specialty grade coffee or premium Arabica coffee due to differences in coffee bean costs.
Personally I would typically ask the barista about the bean content as I enjoy coffee but sensitive to caffeine. My fault I didn't since I had so many recommendations to come here. So if you are prone to headaches due to caffeine like me, best opt for the other drinks in their menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the atmosphere. Great food good coffee. Shout out to waitress for being so kind and really hardworking to keep the place tidy. The waiter are so polite and having a good vibe. Nice place to hang out and having a good meals. Totally would recommend to others

Drinks - For chocolate drinks lover, I would not recommend to buy drinks in here. My friends ordered 2 chocolate drinks; 1 iced without cream, 1 blended with cream. Both tasted plain and can't taste any milky texture. Moreover, both taste like cheap chocolate powder or milo 'o'.
For myself, I ordered Caramello Cappuccino + Extra Shot, also tasted plain. I don't taste any caramel at all at the end of my sips.
Food - My friend ordered Chicken Chop. For me I hate the texture of the black pepper sauce which too rough and looked like Coconut Pol (Sambal Kelapa dalam Nasi Kerabu).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is nice . Not crowded when we first arrived. The waiter is not entirely friendly but they are doing their job just fine. The food were okay, we ordered salted egg yolk pasta and nasi lemak rendang daging . The nasi lemak sauce is good. My father like it. Im not really like the pasta but my mom does like it. Its might too spicy for some people. We ordered salted caramel, hazelnut latte and hazelnut cappuccino. They are really good . Love the salted caramel, but might be a little but too sweet for some people.
