I was there around 7:15pm with my kids.
Went in and straight to the counter.
There was no other customer in que.
Only 4 or so table occupied with customers, so not busy.
Opened the menu, asked the kids what they want and they decided what to order.
I'm standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order.
There was a staff preheating the food.
The other one preparing the order.
Another one at the coffee machine.
All of them saw me standing there, but none of them asked me for my orders.
One of them even suggestting me to take a menu and have a seat to decide what to order.
I told him, i already knew what i want, i just need somebody to take my order.
I think i made it clear and everybody at the back of the counter could hear me.
But none of them felt responsible to serve me as their customer.
In the end, i called my kids and we left the shop without any purchases.
You guys should really need to train your staff about priority and customer service.
I'm at your shop to support local bussiness, but if this is the kind of service you are providing, well you could guess the outcome in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a latte and a cappuccino flat wonder if there’s a budget on the coffee powder. Black Forest was frozen like the service. Could have been pleasant but staff busy inside the kitchen not sure doing what? Will be the last time here tho!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend order nasi with ikan patin tempoyak you know the ikan patin so cold and icey both of our set really not worth it astu the carbonara portion too cute and also not worth it but the drink still can accept but still really disappointed with the food
