★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great location! walking distance to tesco, mydin, hutan bandar, kfc, mcdonald. nearby to schools, clinics, government clinics, petrol stations, eateries, and various shops. good road/ highway connectivity to senai, gelang patah, 2nd link bridge, skudai n johor bahru town. residential area is generally well maintained, gated and guarded, peaceful environment and residential comittee organises several community gathering during festive seasons.
