โ โ โ โ โ I m from Desa Cindaimas Condominium, Happy Garden, Kuala Lumpur, RK taking almost 1yr to upgrade our 4nos. Of lift, and after upgrading up todate almost 1yr and continue on, we always facing lift break down issues and it take fee months to repair and after that we r able to use for 1 day only after repair, and RK staff always left oilly stain and dirty inside lift car and floor lift lobby, now i m asking RK, when are u able to solve our lift problem

โ โ โ โ โ Never, never, never, if you want after sales service. Just to get a minor part replaced takes months a and counting. Calls unanswered, empty promises, deflection.

1) They arent very welcoming to explainations to residents. The RK has a very unwelcoming tone to him.
2) You may be subjected to Profanities if you ask questions. It only projects that they know they arent delivering quality to people.
3) If you have spoilt spare parts, it may take up to 3 weeks or more for the spare parts to be replaced.
4) They will end up blaming on your lifts rather than improving their own standards.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor vendor, missed a lot of lift services appointment and not responsive to man trap issue. Every repair, even for call buttons take up to 7 weeks. Person in charge cannot provide projected timeline
