1. Friendly staff named shahrul really help in my process to get IDL international driving licence.
2. Important info make sure bring 1 piece passport pic size with WHITE background. Others colour not allowed.
3. 1 set of photocopy IC and driving licence (check for expiry must more than 1 year)
FOR IMPROVEMENT
1. There are few chairs to be change it high risk customer fell off ( tempat pengambilan lesen memandu)
2. It dangerous when the security in charge for queue number hold a gun on their side. Incident may occur. Are they duty to give the queue number? Customer may press their number by their own is it?
3. In counter area their are kid running go and through. Are kid allow to bring in working place. If yes, please provide suttible place.

β β β β β Im staying in Banting.I went to the jab pengangkutan office yesterday and the service was excellent..I am pregnant as well and they gave me priority to renew my licence first despite of the long queue..Their process was fast as well despite of the long queue..Thumbs up to the team and keep up the good job..?

β β β β β I renewed my driving license through MySikap and came here to collect the physical card by walk-in! Just go near the main entrance, there will be an officer moving in n out , asking for your mysikap number n physical ic then help collect the drving license for you. The pak guard there are friendly too , id like to thank em for giving me the right information n instruction.

β β β β β very pleasant experience i had today while renewing my license. waited for an hour because of the long que because of SOPs is very acceptable, because the line is moving. the officer at all the counters are greatly helpful, especially mr fikkry who cater to all my needs. unexpected great service from a government office in MCO. hence, 5stars!

β β β β β Pity people waiting in long que outside with no shades under hot sun, there are limited number of seat outside. The management could really improve this. I renew my license through MySikap and went straight away to security guard with proof of payment and he took my ic and proof of payment and retrieve it for me within 10min.
