★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place today to get my P driving license after passing my JPJ test. Everything seems fine, apart from the long queue. Took me 2 hours to finally get the P license. It is advisable to go early in the morning. However, be careful of suspicious strangers though, because I was nearly scammed.
Two strangers approached me and ask what I wanted to do there, which I politely told them. They offered to help me out, but with an unreasonable price of RM150. I was told that it would only cost RM60 to get the P license according to a clerk at my driving school. Sooo yeah if you were approached by strangers, ignore and don't trust them. Just queue patiently :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was skeptic aboung coming here. Seeing the long queue from the outside scares me. It turns out its not that bad at all. I came here for car onwership transfer.
Yes you have to queue, since they need to control the amount of crowd doing transaction inside the office. But from my experience, it only took me less than 15 minutes to stand in queue. If you arw unsure in which lane that you should follow, the officers in charge are available in the front door of the office to assist you
Above all, im satisfied with their professional service. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that the staffs there are doing their best to serve. The queue was undeniably long, the number of counter open was less than 10, but all the staff was helpful and polite. I can see that it is quite challenging for them to serve hundreds of people with various backgrounds.
I was there on a Friday, they will close at 1215 and reopen at 245pm till 4pm on Fridays. So if you wanna do your business on this day please do come early or better, choose a diff day with longer operational hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly. Such a long queue for transactions! Out of 16 counters only 6 functional. Came at 830am, transaction completes at 1200pm.
Recommendations: avoid coming for any transactions that can be done online such as licence renewal.

The self service kiosks are at the left side of the building. 4 person per kiosk. More information on how to operate the kiosk would also be helpful, either that, or make it so intuitively easy to understand that a 5 year old could understand.
Out of 4 machines, only 2 are working.
Pintu 1 is for lesen related services. This is the one with the long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To renew drivers license, please save yourself time & apply online. I renewed my CDL on JPJ / mySikap website & paid online. I asked the security where to go for collection, went straight to the Customer Service room (skipped the long queue), slip printed, went straight into main hall counter 2/3 to print receipt, and lastly to counter 16 to get my new license
I did not need to take any waiting number. Came on 11 May, 9am. Only took 15 minutes in total. All counters are opened.
You can also renew license at myEG website or Post Offices.
