★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came for 90k persona vvt service and battery tray replacement at about 10am..was told 1-2 hours..ended up waiting till 1..when asked, only informed lunch break..very poor customer service, really not recommended..

U ll regret it lot.
They took almost 7 months to get my car serviceable.
Still many thing need to complaint.
Really.. Really.. Really DISSAPPOINTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car after an accident because my friend advise me here. Right after 3 months a lot of problems come up until now. They re-use the old parts but charging for new ones. I feel cheated! Please do NOT send your car here. Btw, I have reason to believe that my friend got some commission that's why he is SOO eager to 'help' me sending the car here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs were friendly when I visited. Air conditioned waiting area is provided next to the service area. They also provide hot drinks machine which you can help yourself with. Hence, you can come here and relax while waiting for your car to be serviced, or you can join the technician to watch your car being serviced. Before service, you can consult with the staff on which parts of the components you want to service or leave it out.
You can leave the service centre with cleaned car as car wash is complimentary with the car service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car accident at Karak Highway and I send my car for repair here. But, the workshop gave to Takaful false information and not even update my car status for 9 months. They also requested for additional 14k for my car. Worst workshop and scam customer. If you guys got accident, don't send your car here.
