Bad service. Even to sawp tyre and rim...can't grantee will done by 2 weeks. Parts also delay.

Hi just wanna share my experience, i had accident few weeks ago. And that was my first time. Kereta kena langgar dari belakang & bumper pecah. But alhamdulilah my claim insurance everything was easy and smooth ,process tukar body semua siap less than 2 weeks! My friend recommend me to Redzuan(perodua service advior,honestly he really trusted & have good service,he do A to Z!

I believe it is impossible to find any workshop worse than this one, here i share my bad experience with the workshop: 1) Highly low efficiency in fixing my car as it takes 2 months time for the fixing. 2) Never inform the owner when they do not submit a complete documents. I only know that i have not submitted complete documents one week after the car is sent to the worshop, and only when i call the workshop asking for the progress (if i do not call them, they will never start the fixing since the documents is not complete) 3) Always make empty promise. When i ask them when can i collect the car, they say today, but when i reached there, they ask me to go back home as it would take another week to complete (i was taking GRAB to the workshop, costing me RM40) 4) Then i thought they would be responsible for sending me home as they make false promise, they really send me somewhere nearby my home (just because one of their staff need to go there), i need to take bus to reach my home, but then he still charging me RM20. (i have lost RM60 and a day off because of their fake promise) 5) Even after i get the car, the car is still not perfectly fixing. (the clips under the bonnet is not well installed) 6) After few months of the incident, when i am going to renew my insurance, i was told that i have lost the NCD. (the accident is actually third party fault). The insurer told me that the workshop claim as the owner fault. ( Forget about the lost of use, they dont claim for me either) My sincere advice is that never send the car to this workshop. I cant find any thing they did well in this experience. Out of 10 marks, they score 0.

Worst experiences in quality or I can say overall. They promise you and play with your time. I believe if they take longer time the results will be great but not at all. Then I supposed to get a new rim from my insurance claim but they only replace with the used one. When ask, they blame the adjuster and ask you to wait more longer but it is obvious they told me i can get a new one when they check my car. They delay your time and you need to call them hundred times ffs. Even when i get my car back, they still doing the work during the day i collect my car. I got my car with allignment wasn’t fix at all (but they say they already did). The only good job they do is when they need you to submit the insurance claim documents that’s all. After that are all messed up. It’s the best you check other workshop before decide to send your car here and regret it.?

still no update from them, my wife's car under repair until now nothing update from them, always said the car still under repair, waiting spare parts. the car still at their workshop almost 4 months! i keep follow up them, then no answer...my wife furious with them because adjuster n insurance already pay them!

Do not send car for repair to this workshop. Timing is so late. Quality is really bad. The body painting only 1 layer and no coating. Use only 1 week got chipping and they said cannot do it back due to stone chipping. Just go to other workshop.

My car was sent there for repair work after accident. Upon receipt of my car, no estimation of completion given. Never answer calls, never reply messages. Is NEVER! I have to go there all the way to check my car out. Slow work and no customer service. You wouldn't want to engage a workshop that makes you do extra work. Please do not send your car there. That would be 1 of the worst decision you every made.

The worst workshop I have ever visited. Service is absolutely terrible, never return call despite being requested for so many times. I have to call at least 3 to 4 times everyday to check up on the status. The SA in charge is totally irresponsible. Not even once that he called or texted to update. All empty promises. I had a minor accident which I believe the repair work itself would take less than a week. Waited for almost 3 weeks before I could collect my car. If I had not been calling them daily to follow up and chase, I would have to wait for another month or 2. I am so disappointed with their workmanship. If I could have rated 0 star, I would. For those who consider sending cars for repair and body paint, please think twice. This is the last place you want to send your car here for repair.
