★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Music too loud! You can't even communicate with barber without shouting. Barber can't speak Malay and not that well in English. He even refuse to make any changes and get upset when is not up to your satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their booking system seemed meaningless as they just served whoever walked in. The music was too loud n the barber can't understand English so well. One of the worst case scenario in the barbershop is when you can't communicate properly with your barber. The barber seems impatient and just rushing his work. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The barber cant understand instructions. I showed the picture, the video and instruct him about the hairstyle that I want but the result was 0% same with the picture and video. It also cost me RM23 for a horrible cut
