★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat teruk duduk sini. Pengurusan tak betul cakap belit2. Putar alam. Maintenance mahal, penyewa ramai sampai tak ada parking. Pengurusan makan suap. Ada rasuah jalan, amik alih parking org lain pun boleh. Jangan beli rumah sini.
 It's so bad sitting here. Improper management speaks for itself. Rotate nature. Maintenance is expensive, tenants are crowded until there is no parking. Feed management. There is road corruption, other people's parking lots are also possible. Don't buy a house here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lif selalu rosak, parking pun penuh, ade kete bertahun tak jalan, tapi kete yang jalan tiap hari kena alih. Ade orang kete sampai 5 6 biji tapi elok je parking. Yang 2 biji ni kena alih2
The lift is always broken, the parking lot is full, there's a car that doesn't work for years, but a car that runs every day has to be taken over. There are people who get up to 5 6 seeds but it's good for parking. These 2 seeds have to be transferred

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location.. Clean.. Guarded.. But then.. Sadly.. Open parking many are reserved by arrogant people.. They should not reserve by putting cones or spray paint the parking boxes.. It should be first come first serve basis.. Rosevilla management must do something about it..
