β β β β β Honestly, the place is quite clean and comfortable. The overall environment is good. Well-trained beautician and good service. I'm not sure why this place got only 1 star but for me, this skin bar considered not bad already. I can feel the kindness from the beautician and salesperson. So far good, will consider to come back next time.

β β β β β The facial is nice. Sadly at the first time of purchasing pacakage with unclear description from stuff and cause to pay extra money which is quite a lot to me. Stuff said can be explain but in the end still need to pay for it.

β β β β β I do like their products but I seriously dislike their services !! If Google review can put negative star, I definitely will give them a negative!! Few months ago, I had made appointment with customer service to use my package that signed with them earlier and when I arrived they told me the therapist had make appointment with therapist own customer. I feel like why they are no system and make me feel that I totally wasted my time! Ok, then they told me previous customer service that I used to contact had resigned, so they do not know about my appointment. Then fine! After months ago, I went back again to use my package, the customer service remind me to on time for the facial appointment, if not they will cancel my appointment. OK, I reached earlier for 10mins, then they told me : Sorry, you might have to wait for a while, cuz we just have one therapist which the other therapist is on leave. She told me to wait for a while, but I had waited for 2 hours plus !!! What's the point to U ask me to come on time, and if not will cancel my appointment! Is really OMG, why they always feel that as customer, our time is not time! All my schedule has to delay due to your stupid system!

β β β β β They have good product but offered poor customer service. This is a new beauty saloon since from last year, everything is new. To be honest, they need to hire more staff and conduct more training to run the business. I cannot believe the therapist need to in charge the customer service part (reply social media message), it causes late response, and it is very inefficiency. When I first visit to the saloon, it almost late 30 minutes to serve me, and keep tell me the reason why it will be late. Fine, customer just want the solution, not come here to listen your excuses. Then, the therapist keeps telling you how good their products is, the therapist is very young, she seems like does not know how to observe people's expression and I feel very annoying, it makes me think of the way of MLM. Indeed, their product quality is acceptable, but I willing to spend money on foreign product more than their product, their product is not cheap too. Besides, I know after-sales service is a must, but the therapist keep send me message and remind me what to do, I very frustrated with this customer service, I almost receive their message within few days. Please la, if you want to operate a new business, please access their performance first before they serve customer and go to see how other businesses do. Even the massage service provided by foreign workers are better than you.
Summary: Good product and clean environment but bad time management, late response, hard-selling, and unprofessional. Giving you a star I also feel lebih. Good luck.

β β β β β Very bad service. Was purchased online with clear description but when go to the shop to use the service they asked to pay additional. Still within my budget as my concern is the results so I just top up without argue with them but yet after went 5/6 times the results like never do before. Wasted my time and money. And recently after i raise my concern of why is this so slow and i cant even seen any results she starts to drag my appointment and cancel my appointment with tons of excuses. Please skip this place if you do not what to buy for problems

β β β β β it is very stupid to request your customer to do the covid test on the spot without having a proper area to do so. you can't even prepare a table for your customer to placed all the items in order for us to proceed the test. we need to hold all the items while do the test. most importantly the area to do the test and to wait for the result is so limited and everyone need to stay and stand there before your stuff let us in?
on top of that, while we being at the waiting area for more than 20 mins with the face "hello i need help" and your stuff just sitting at the counter with the look "watching show" not even bother to come out to ask "yes, anything we can help", this is when we already have the eye contact!
you shall train your staff better before open the shop, they are representing your image and brand! it is such a bad experience in this branch and i will never ever even want to come back again even you are having any great promotions! dont talk about introducing to my friends or family!
just because i can't rate negative stars, i would do it if there's such options!
