Today is 10th June 2022 and we had a really bad experience at the shop we have been patronizing for the last 20 plus years. The 2 sales ladies on duty did not even notice, acknowledge nor attend to us as we entered. We went about looking for things to purchase ourselves. My wife and I were at the shop at about 6:30pm today and decided to purchase some decorative items namely 2 flower vases that supposedly came with the colored leaves. After we made the decision to purchase the 2 items besides other items, the sales staff Angie who attended to us surprised us by saying that the colored leaves is not part of the vase and so we have to pay RM35/- a piece x several stalks for each vase. This came as a total surprise to us but we agreed to pay for the withered leaves all the same. Not sure if we will be going back to this shop again. As we opened the booth to unload the flower vases, we were really disappointed to see some of the leave have come loose of the stalks. My advise to potential customers is to be cautious when buying flower vases as the flowers in the vases may be charged separately - crazy isn’t it. Photo of the vase is attached.

Ask for Angie, who is an enthusiastic blast of energy who really knows her stuff. The furniture is surprisingly modern and prices are pretty reasonable. A great place to get a cool accent piece or go crazy and give in to your inner diva.

Now, in 2022, we came back once more to purchase more items. Again, Angie was helpful to us pick up 2 beautiful Crystal Chandeliers at real reasonable prices. With excellent customer service, and Kind understanding, Angie once more helped us to further build our image of a wonderful home. Last week I went to Royal Classic after so long to get a few items and I asked for Angie as she made an impression 8 years ago and I was so happy to see her again. Usually sales people don’t stay in a company this long and I was really surprised to see her again. She remembered me immediately and provided excellent service as usual. She diligently followed us around the whole store and spent hours with us. Thank you Angie for the wonderful hospitality and I will certainly look for you whenever I drop by again. Thanks for the service Angie and thanks to Royal Classic for having specially designed furnitures that meets my exquisite taste.
