★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called them to get information about requirements for ED visa(they don't have them on their website!). All I got was loud barking -"ASK YOUR SCHOOL",then hanging up the phone. Extremely rude and not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never ever, ever ever, ever! Go to this dump again. Rude staff making up all new regulations as they go!! They don't want westerners working and paying tax in Thailand, they just want old men who die leaving all their money to their (bar girl) spouse! The staff have denied a legally entitled non B 1 year extension twice in 3 years. What a bunch of C****!!!! Go to Vietnam, you'll be treated better than these monkeys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i always provide free transportation to my guest to apply for Visa there, it is fast and efficient. The staff are nice and politely.
if go to apply in the morning, usually they can collect it on the following working day afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we having difficulty at immigration dep. at wisma persekutuan earlier but feel relieved with helpful staff at royal thai consulate. thank you very much for the kindness. moving with my stroke mum is quite fussy but they understand and bear with us. my first visit here and i going back home with smile ?

The next day i call again but still the same no answer too then i text to ask whether my mom’s passport already finish or not but still no reply from them. Please improve your customer service!! I call & text them during working hours but no answer from them so disappointed ?
