★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sofas and furniture are terrible. Looks good only in the showroom. After a month it will start looking and feeling like trash. That is why they are always in the newspaper promoting. The sales people basically put everything on discount and make it sound like a great deal. I bought a "premium model" for 10,000 after 50% discount. It sinks and cant even sit on it after a few months. Called them to ask and they say No warranty no nothing. They are a total con job!!! They claim its Italian leather, its imported, this and that.. Its cheap stuff so dont get fooled. By the way, all five star reviews and rating below are by their own sales people -Sky, Danny and more. After they make the sale they will basically tell you there is nothing they can do with the quality. Not even comparable to harvey norman or normal sofa shop. Dont get fooled. Stay away from Rozel if you want a decent sofa to sit on which lasts more than a month

None of the salesperson greet to me too.
None of the salesperson offer help to me for the past 20 minutes walking around in the showroom.
I strongly suggest you to get your driver on standby / self drive a better car to this showroom (to show them you are rich enough to buy their product), otherwise you may face the unpleasant shopping experience that I received today.
