β β β β β Never recommend this shop for your home furniture needs. Small works also cannot comply within due date given. Dont know what will happen if u purchase big furniture from them. Read from other people comments also experiencing same problem. Bad service.

β β β β β Very terrible service. I ordered sofa in January and they said will receive in 3 weeks. Then two weeks later he called and stated donβt have the colour I want. Then we went and change the colour and he said will be ready in two weeks. It has been three months but still never receive sofa. Terrible customer service too.

β β β β β We ordered the sofa from them on January. Then, three weeks later, he had called us back stating that the colour we wanted was no longer available. He had stated that we would receive the sofa with the colour we wanted within 3 days. After TWO ENTIRE months, there was no response from him and he said that he was still in the midst of doing it. The supervisor mentioned that he was not responsible for it and he blamed the supplier. The supervisor kept delaying it over and over and we never received it till the end. The entire ordeal went on for over 4 months, would never ever recommend this place. Terrible customer service as they are very rude to customers.
