Whenever we come across any problems throughout the process of obtaining MSPO certification, the consultant patiently provide us guidance on a very prompt response manner. Due to the covid-19 pandemic and implementation of MCO in the whole country, we had remote audit arrangement with the auditor, and the process went absolutely smooth with the assistance of the consultant. On top of that, the consultant fee charged is very fair. Highly recommended!!!
