★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular customer of Rushai, pernah beli beberapa beg, dompet dan tali pinggang. In fact masa dompet hilang, i went there and bought the same wallet again. Selama ni pergi sana okay je..friendly staff and good service. However today, i went to alter my belt but the staff yang attend tidak memberi service yang terbaik. Staff tu tak pakai mask, lepastu cuba nak menipu saya. Dah la tak check dulu belt tu tapi terus assume ni bukan belt daripada Rushai. I had to show him the Rushai stamp kat belakang belt tu. Pastu belt loop Rushai ada 2, tapi dia remove satu and lepas alter, dia buat2 tak tau kata ada satu je. Then I showed him belt yg ada kat kedai tu sume ada dua belt loop. Then baru dia pergi pasang balik belt loop yg dia dah buang kat belakang. saya tak tahu nama staff nya dan takpernah nampak sblm ni, mungkin staff baru. i hope this does not happen again sbb rushai kan lifetime warranty untuk adjust barang2 dia, jadi eventhough design belt tu dah lama or dah tak produce, staff kene la cek dulu n give the best service. anyhow, this is just a friendly feedback as a loyal customer. Will come again utk beli barang2 leather. Thank you.
 I'm a regular customer of Rushai, once bought some bags, wallets and belts. In fact when the wallet disappeared, i went there and bought the same wallet again. So far, it's okay to go there..friendly staff and good service. However today, I went to alter my belt but the staff who attended did not provide the best service. The staff didn't wear a mask, so they tried to deceive me. He didn't check the belt first but kept assuming it wasn't Rushai's belt. I had to show him the Rushai stamp on the back of the belt. Rushai's belt loop must have 2, but he removed one and then altered, he didn't know if there was one. Then I showed him the belt at the store, there were two belt loops. Then he went to put back the belt loop that he had thrown in the back. I don't know the name of the staff and have never seen it before, maybe a new staff. i hope this doesn't happen again sbb rushai kan lifetime warranty to adjust her items, so eventhough the design belt is old or has not been produced, the staff here will check first and give the best service. anyhow, this is just a friendly feedback as a loyal customer. Will come again to buy leather goods. Thank you.
