★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foods and drinks are good especially the Nasi Lemak Chicken Chop. The ambience is also nice, I do feel comfortable to indulge my food. But the most disappointing thing about this restaurant is the waiters and waitresses. I don't know if they are receiving proper training to be a waiter at this restaurant. There was one time the waiter just standing and do nothing instead of taking my order. Do you expect me to call that guy like at the mamak corner? Weeks ago, I went there at 8 pm and there were fully booked. I was standing there for few minutes to see if there is any empty seat. Instead of approaching us saying that all the tables were fully booked, they just standing in a group at the cashier station, do nothing and looking at us. I hope Rumah Kopi Tangkak can improve your customer service. I feel disgusted to see your waiters and waitresses .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to know about this cafe when I had my hair cut at Southern Barber which is opposite of this cafe. I went to the cafe on 4/2/2022. Checked in MySejahtera at 8:51pm. Nearly all tables were occupied but the Manager had managed to make available 1 table for 4 of us. I waited for 45 mins for the drinks to be served and additional 15 mins for foods. It gotten me irritated in the 1st instance but the good taste of the food really had cooled me down. One thing I like is the Manager came to our table & apologized. He gave me a discount of 10% when I paid the bill. My advice to the Owner is to employ supporting staff esp during peak time like Friday - Sunday and to quickly inform customer that any particular menu is not available on that day unlike in my case I was told 40 mins after order was made. Will come again for sure
