โ โ โ โ โ Service yg amat teruk.. Masa nk dtg, dh sampai jeti call berbelas2 kali tak angkat Pada hal appointment dah buat sehari sebelum. Tunggu satu jam kat jeti baru angkat call. Tunggu return call pun haram tak return call.
Lagi satu masaalah, masa nak balik.. Kami stranded di kelong, call dari pukul 8 pagi sampai pukul 1.30ptg haram tak angkat call. 5 1/2 jam tunggu boat tak ada, call tak berjawab.. Kalau ada kes emergency macamana?? Kami kepenatan, kelaparan.. Gila punya keje.. Taubat nk dtg sini lagi..
 Service that is very bad .. Time to come, dh until the jetty call twelve times did not pick up In the case of the appointment I made the day before. Wait an hour at the new jetty to pick up the call. Waiting for a return call is illegal and not a return call.
Another problem, time to go back .. We stranded in kelong, call from 8 am to 1.30pm is illegal not to pick up the call. 5 1/2 hours waiting for the boat is not there, the call is not answered .. What if there is an emergency ?? We are tired, hungry .. Crazy to have fun .. Repent and come here again ..

โ โ โ โ โ Management baru sejak Nov 2020. Byk penambahbaikkan. Rumah rakit dah repair dan upgrade. Terbaik untuk bersantai dgn keluarga atau kawan2.
New management since Nov 2020. Byk improvements. The raft house has been repaired and upgraded. Best to relax with family or friends.
