★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not bad for a cheap guesthouse. Cold AC, warm water, and decent WiFi. Quiet location sort of near the beach and airport. Note that the map on Agoda shows the beach is right next door, it is NOT. the nearest beach is on the other side of the airport, maybe 45 min walk. Same thing with the terminal to airport, you will need to take Grab there.
The restaurant next door is awesome though, and the whole place has a nice family vibe. Would stay there again.
