★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place when they had celebration of 50years for completion of Kuala Lumpur. The place is nice with a mini courtyard and it is G+1. The place has vip lounge and restaurant. They also have a decent space to host program and it charming old colonial building which was built in 1907. It served as a Empire hotel in 1909 and late in 1919 it was changed to peninsula hotel. Currently it is under DBKL. Officially it was Low Chow kit mansion. It had undergone restoration in 2017. It is listed as Heritage Building in 2012 by National Heritage Department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an event space with a lot of history. Ample parking space and a bit far from any major rail station. Good for small scale event both inside and the outdoor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a historical bungalow owned by Low Chow Kit known as Chow Kit Mansion. Went to the KL Dulu event on 12 March. Watched the performances of yester years artists and young singers belting out oldies. Had niece of arwah Saloma, Ushera and Haziq of past Akademi Fantasia fame who sung a few sentences and then dropped unconscious on stage, due to low blood. Imuda, Satia and Lucy of kg Sri wangi fame were emceeing for the night and they sure brought back memories. All in all, a good night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful heritage building that used to be Loke Chow Kit's mansion turned hotel, now after years of careful restoration, it's now a popular site for events.
Amazing architecture aside, it has a huge air well and grand chengal staircases flanking the sides, and intricate tiles.
For event-goers, the best way for parking would be at Dataran Merdeka, which is just across the street, park at the underground parking for a fee, and take a brisk walk over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful historical site and great place for pop up or event space. Plenty of versatile indoor and outdoor space for different kind of occasions. Only setback is the limited parking and perhaps the outdated utilities.
However, great place to take Insta-worthy pictures. Chill ambience.
