★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice & big room... But looks really old.. Need a major renovation.. & very unlucky me because my room's toilet was broken & so smelly... Maintainance will not help at all.. Overall ok lah, cheap room...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family room was overall okay. Just that the toilet was not clean (there was a dead cockroach) and the beds have bedbugs! Me and my sisters have plenty of bedbugs bite marks. Please do clean the toilet on a regular basis when there is customer coming in to stay. And change the cheets as well. Please do take some action. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best value for money. Although there are limited rooms available, it was worth to try. Good for people who are coming to Kelantan for a treatment at HUSM. I keep staying here for the past 14 years. Staff are also good and friendly. The rate are also cheap. Room are big. Walking distance for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks very nice, clean with friendly receptionist. The room we got has a balcony and a nice view, peace and calm area.
However the down side is they dont have wifi for non-staff/students. No hairdryer as well.
There is a 7-11 convenience store right across the road where we can buy stuff.
