★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berpengalaman berurusan dengan SM Nasir Hussaini & Co dalam urusan jual an rumah..proses urusan jualan rumah bermula pertengahan Jun 2019 sehingga sekarang(29 September 2021) belum selesai. Pengurusan yg amat lembab dan menyusahkan seperti:
1.Hal bermula proses pengambilan dokumen di LPPSA sehingga pihak LPPSA 2 kali menghantar surat untuk mengambil baki rumah untuk di selesai kan.
2.Lambat menghantaran dokumen berkaitan rumah kepada lawyer pembeli sehingga menyebabkan duit lambat untuk disburse oleh pihak Bank pembeli.
3.Sehingga kini (29 September 2021)pihak lawyer SM Nasir Husaini & Co masih memegang baki duit rumah saya sebanyak 3% bagi tujuan bayaran cukai di LHDN sedangkan urusan di pihak LHDN telah selesai dan saya mendapat pengecualian untuk bayaran tersebut.Sehingga kini setiap hari (sudah dalam tempoh 3 minggu) saya call pihak lawyer untuk bertanya tentang refund bayaran tersebut. Pelbagai alasan yg diberi kan oleh staff antaranya lawyer tak masuk ofis untuk sign cek. Antara lain cek dah ada atas meja lawyer tapi lawyer belum sign.. Sampai bila saya perlu tunggu duit saya? Dah macam peminta sedekah dah saya ni nak mintak duit sendiri pun. Sedang kan semua urusan dgn LHDN saya yang urusankan sendiri. Memang amat mengecewakan berurusan dengan lawyer firm ni.
 I have experience dealing with SM Nasir Hussaini & Co in the sale of a house..the process of selling a house started in mid -June 2019 until now (September 29, 2021) has not been completed. Very slow and troublesome management such as:
1. It starts the document collection process at LPPSA until the LPPSA sends a letter twice to take the rest of the house to be completed.
2. It is slow to send documents related to the house to the buyer's lawyer, causing the money to be late to be disbursed by the buyer's bank.
3. Until now (September 29, 2021) the lawyer of SM Nasir Husaini & Co still holds the balance of my house money of 3% for the purpose of tax payment at the IRB while the business on the part of the IRB has been completed and I get an exemption for the payment. Until now every day (already within 3 weeks) I called the lawyer to ask about the refund of the payment. Various reasons given by the staff, including the lawyer not entering the office to sign the check. Among other things, the check is already on the lawyer's desk but the lawyer has not signed it .. Until when do I have to wait for my money? I'm like a beggar, I want to ask for my own money. Meanwhile, all matters with the IRB are handled by me. It is very frustrating to deal with this lawyer firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow response by the staff. Every time contacted they will spend weeks to retrieve files following by confirmation that the documents will be couriered the next week. They even asked for mailing address. It has been two months since they last promised that they will courier me the documents however I have received none. They always delay in reply. Reply only when prompt. Never update client on any delay.
