★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response was slow and charges weren't very cheap...I bought a 2nd hand S60 and WhatsApp the boss on estimated charges...was quoted RM4K plus and minus...send in 1 week, no news then after 10 days, drive in to take a look...mentioned finished already...In the end, the bills came up to RM6K++, was annoyed as promised to inform me if the cost goes up higher....So have to signed credit card instead.
Asked to do the driver door as it cannot be opened, charge some labour cost but after a week driving, can't open again...
Back to Singapore, have a msg mentioning low engine oil, Went to buy 1 ltre and topped up and monitor every morning before setting off, no leakage at all, till now no issue, as a volvo expert, doesn't he know Volvo car needs 5 litres??? Also the coolant also needed top up after one week of coming from this workshop. The saving and the hassle doesn't really equate to going there...in fact I don't see any savings of going there as compared to volvo specialised workshop here (yes, there's probably some saving as compared to Wearnes, wearnes doesn't do trouble shooting but just asked you to change, S&S is no difference though), but bear it in mind for all my singaporeans friends, if there's issue, there's no flexibility to go back to JB...unless your time and work is flexible, not forgetting the jam and not able to follow up during the repairs...
Johorians might be ok to use them but singaporeans got to think twice before going...there are much more better and cheaper ones who don't claim to be volvo experts but did a better job...
The boss, Mr Yan looks really honest but after going there, I got no further comments....
