 People ask nicely, but respond in a harsh tone. Customer service Kluang the girl who answered my call was very rude. Thats it. BIADAP! Pity you girl has no manners ? where should I report?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum ni S&S menjadi pilihan utama saya, tetapi lepas saya kena beli tiket 2x disebabkan kesalahan kaunter tiket. Tiada budi baca dan prihatin betul bila saya nak mintak refund balik ... sangat mengecewakan betu!
Before S & S was my choice, I bought a 2x ticket due to ticket counterfeit. Nothing to read and care about when I want to refund back ... very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat terkilan. Saya tersalah beli tiket daei kluang ke jb. Sepatutnya saya beli tiket 11/06 tp sye terbeli 11/07. Sepatutnya mereka benarkan untuk proses penukaran tiket ttpi sebaliknya. Langsung tiada budi bicara dna tolak ansur. Sgt mengecewakan.
I am very aggrieved. I'm wrong to buy a daei kluang ticket to jb. I should have bought a 11/06 tp ticket bought 11/07. Should they allow for the conversion of ttpi ticket instead. Directly no discrimination and tolerance. Sgt disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a damn lousy company.. my husband bought a bus ticket from melaka to kluang today, it is supposed a direct bus , supposed to reach in 2hours time... but at the very last minutes, i think becoz they only sold few tickets for that trip, so the company cancelled the trip and asked all the customer to join into another bus company 'orkid'..
So this orkid bus first go to 'muar', dropped and accepted passengers then went to 'batu pahat'.. after that only it headed to kluang... the whole journey took him 4hours ..
What a damn lousy company..
So, everyone, pls think twice if u want to take this S& S bus company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus from Kluang to Paloh the driver was very good. Bus and timing ?? but some told me the bus service is off on Monday. Is a kind request if the bus can service on Monday is easy for many people who working from Paloh to Kluang and easy to go back Kluang after weekend. Tq
