very bad customer service, will not do printing with this company again, the whatapp customer service very bad.

So this happened on 29/03/2021. I ordered 2poly of 6mm for signboard installation. Few things happened, and i hope whoever order from this people pls check your product at their place itself or else they will say that your worker did it. 1)Delayed - I order the poly with 3 working days time frame of delivery. Which is I ordered on Tuesday 11.30 am and my collection can be done on Friday 6pm. So on friday went to their website to check the status until 7.30pm never show can collect. So I texted them, when I text they are telling me that production got delayed and ask me to collect on Sat 3pm. And you know something, if the production delay the people should inform the customer and not tell when they customer text only. Then I got to know that they haven't start my printing. Then after telling its their mistake they told me to collect at 12am (midnight). My worker could not collect it that time as he was asleep. Then next day morning at 11am he collected. 2.Product finishing - Then on Sat could not install as it was raining. Then the installation was on Monday. We did not open the poly and check at their place or else we will have known the defect. When install my worker notice got defect on the double-sided poly after he put in lightbox. Then this people said that why never take pic before install and say its my workers fault. Then i told him to take pic of big poly before install. The big poly also got defect then I send them the video and till today they just ignore the video and no response. 3.Customer service: If you are looking for good customer service then they would not suit you (based on my experience). Maybe when enquiry they treat you good but after that they wont bother you. 4. Another order of mine : This ordered was placed on Wednesday and collection is on Saturday. Every time I order I will but pls call be4 printing. For this job they called but for the above job they did not call. This poly no problem pulak. Padahal same week ordered just 1day apart. The conclusion is since they forgot the order, and rush the order printing withing 4hrs the product was a failure. The product which I order no problem with delay also, the product was good. The poly I ordered was worth RM 1440.00....Not small money at the same time i dont have energy to talk to this people as only robots works here. They would not pick up ur call reply all just by watsapp. Moreover, my customer is a premium customer for us, and the opening was on 3/4. I had to give printing at different place and sad to say this job was lost bcs of this people. Im not not going to get anything by typing this long here but I just want those who order here to be aware. Money not easy some more big amount. If you collect pls check it there. If your worker collect ask him to check it there also. They are cheap but not worth the stress. just becarefull dealing with this people.

THIS THE WORST PRINETER. ADVISE EVERYONE DON'T PRINT AT HERE. WASTE TIME WASTE MONEY. They just follow their own machine colour, the colour is not just 10%++ different, is a totolly different colour, but they still argue saying that nothing wrong with it, the bad bad bad service ever

Warmth services when take orders, but there are no chairs for customers sitting,just stand there, unbelievable and unfriendly mindset.

They serve u fast but not friendly actually.. Too serious serving customer.. No Greeting or Thank you.. Parking Car Difficult due limited space...
