Found this gem in Muar and the mechanic easily fixed his bike and also explained in detail what was wrong with the bike. Turned out that the previous mechanic did not install the BB properly. Very professional and 5 star service from the shop owners. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Shimano rear cassette from the S2H and was a little unnerved, as the business wasn't too well known.
The worry was wholly unnecessary, as I was rewarded with an impeccable experience, when a representative reached out to confirm my order. In person, over WhatsApp. It was great to know that I was chatting with a real person from the store, and not a chatbot or a call centre staff.
See (the person's name), made sure to keep me updated through the entire process, informing when the order had been packed, sent to the courier, etc and was always available, over WhatsApp.
The delivery did take awhile, like due to pandemic-related restrictions, but See made sure to address all my concerns promptly so there was never a worry. 10/10 would deal with again. Highly recommended.
