★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 2 suits online and wanted to tailor one of them and return the other. When I went into the shop, I was served by an employee named Mr Amin. He could not find my details in the system and immediately, he said to me with a disrespectful and dismissive attitude that he could not do anything. He said I was not a registered customer, therefore I cannot return and/or tailor the suits. He dismissed me away without first trying other methods to resolve my issue. He told me to just email customer service and dismissed me without even a word of apology.
I have wasted my time because I had to drive almost an hour to and fro Bangsar Village only to find out I cannot tailor and/or refund my suits. Mr Amin's attitude was also rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. He did not suggest ways I could resolve my issue and just asked to me refer to customer service without trying to help me.
I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Sacoor Brothers today.
