The room is not very big, but for backpackers is good enough lah..
WiFi is good
Mineral water is provide
Water dispenser as well
Ironing set is provide too
But, the towel is not too good for me, maybe from the laundry service..
The towel smells awful
My whole room is too stinky, until I decide to buy car perfume at Aeon mall
Other problem is not to serious for me to stay here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time we checkin no one help us to take our luggage even the staff sit at the lobby, then we request a scissor because we need to open our luggage but they dont have, how come the the front desk dont have scissor. And the refrigerator so dirty. Towel are so smelly like hell! Smells like someone used it and they didn't wash at all. ??? The service is very poor.. sorry but this hotel can't reccomend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hotels I've been to.. Terrible service from reception to the manager.. Experienced a commotion last night when a distraught man was asking for the hotel's guest list aggressively from the receptionist. I don't have confidence in the security of the hotel. This guys could just be letting anyone in. It seems like no one is taking charge of the place. Since the manager is no where to be seen as is always 'unavailable' according to the staff.. I'd give a 0 rate if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not suitable for kids and infant baby. All smoking room.
The quality is just so-so. Can get cheap bed and rest, but the air quality is so bad as everyone can smoke in every room, so the corridor also smell cigaret smoke.
Some rooms quite poor, like room 213. Electricity not enough, if using water heater the lights blinking. Old furniture. And the most important is very bad smell of cigaret. Only few hours sleeping can make my throat sore.
