★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went there last Wednesday, just want to do allightment. What a nonsense ask me to wait outside for 2 hours in an hot weather without any chairs. They said follow SOP cannot entering. Their service very bad and not professional at all. The management should look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for service at 3PM, said they done at 5PM. So long waiting but there no much car. Snack already out (staff doesn't refill the snack either they don't provide the snack or already finished). Just teh tarik and white coffee provide at that time (also clear water of course).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you imagine customers have to standing like this to wait for their car to be service? 1-2 hrs standing. Understand the situation during pandemic, but isn't it better for CS to inform customer they can't wait here and customer has to plan accordingly? Poor planning and management from this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever Toyota dealer in town. The sales personnel are more interested in their handphone than thier customer. They can even boast that they have a long waiting list and their attitude shows that they are not keen for any more business. Please avoid this dealer at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited their showroom on 16 Apr 2022 about 3.30pm for viewing the car I am interested. Saw a few sales rep hanging around browsing their phone or talking to each other. No one bother to serve us. So we just left and will visit another Toyota dealer.

this while. The staff and service left nothing for complaint but full of thanks and satisfaction. The wait for the vehicle to be serviced was made comfortable with waiting lounge and self service hot and cold drinks. THANK YOU
