โ โ โ โ โ I had completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course ("TTC") at Sakthi School of Yoga ("SSOY"). My enrolment to TTC was one of the best decision in my life. Prior to this enrolment, I was an ordinary yoga student in SSOY and being travel with SSOY for almost 2 years. My enthusiasm towards yoga and also SSOY itself had trigger the interest in me to pursue TTC.
Yoga not merely on asanas (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing) but its beyond than that, in short I can its a science of mind which will guide and lead an individual step by step to achieve the utmost inner freedom. Yoga personally had brought a lot of changes in my life. It has tune my direction of thoughts, helps to build my inner strength and energy, boost my level of confidence and guide me to lead a healthy lifestyle.
My TTC journey wouldn't be succeed without Master SK Durai, who is also a pillar for SSOY. I'm truly blessed to learn the beauty of this holistic science from him. He is such an amazing guru for me. He will do his best to teach us in creative way and make it so easy to understand and approachable. He will give the best to his students and guide them in their path. And not but not least Anuradha Master, who is another pillar for SSOY and a person who I always admire upon. She always being a great inspiration for me in this path. She was my first yoga teacher in SSOY. She was whom that brought up the interest in me to become a Yoga Teacher.
SSOY not only being a learning institute to me but also being a medium where I gained a family (TTC Batch 13).
Shortly, I'm truly blessed to be part of SSOY and to be a student of Master SK Durai and Anuradha. My learning journey in SSOY will always be a continuation.
Yoga is an art that every individual must learn and master it. Its a precious gift for us and we shall not lose it.

โ โ โ โ โ The Yoga instructor course(YIC) 200 course at Sakthi School Of Yoga(SSOY) has enabled many ways of realization to my personal development and growth. Most importantly it created consciousness on our action to improve our health and mental well-being.
Master SK Durai guided us through stage by stage of yogic practices and enlightened us with deep understanding of Patanjali yoga sutra..
Iโm so grateful to adopt the practices as part of my life style as a YIC student..
Special thanks to Master SK Durai and Master Anuradha for all the guidance and initiative to transform the younger generation toward betterment and purposeful life..

โ โ โ โ โ I completed my Yoga Instructor Course at Sakthi School Of Yoga on 13/02/2022. The best decision I have ever made in June 2021 to enroll myself for the October 2021 intake of TTC Batch 12. The main reason I decided to enroll myself for this course is to learn about Yoga more in-depth. Little did I know, the course was superly power packed with knowledge of Yoga such as Yoga Sutra of Patanjili, lineage of Yoga, paths of Yoga, principles of Yoga, pranayamas, asanas, shatkarma, mudras, chakras, bandhas, yogic diet, scripture readings and many more teachings of yoga. I am blessed to have gained so much of these knowledge and to be guided by my humble amazing Guru, My Master @Skdurai. A Master like no other, a Guru like no other. A beautiful soul with so much wisdom, knowledge and heart like gold. Ever since I've joined TTC, I now see life in a totally different perspective and it has brought me great beautiful changes in my life. I would definitely recommend SSOY TTC to anyone who would love to learn and understand yoga more indept.

โ โ โ โ โ Joining Yoga Teachers Training course ( TTC ) was one of the best decisions I made in my life.
The experience is astounding!!
Best of all the course is totally beginner friendly. Prior to joining, my intention was to gain experience and to deepen my knowledge in yoga. But now , I can't wait to teach and to share my knowledge with others. The sole reason for this change of intention is our beloved Master, Master SK Durai.
" A good teacher teaches but a great teacher inspires" and yes Master SK Durai is a great inspiration!! He teaches with great passion and dedication.
Every yoga enthusiast should use this once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from the best !!
Last but not least , I've gained a new family , my fellow YIC 13 batch mates. All 24 of us walked this journey together hand in hand.

โ โ โ โ โ My participation in this โ200-hours Yoga Instructor Courseโ at Sakthi School of Yoga (SSOY) is the best decision I had ever made in my life. Over the past three months of my journey, I have learned so many lessons. Every lesson molded me into the person I am today, and every day I strive to be a better person than the person I was the day before. At the start of this course, I was more interested in yoga and it is not only about yoga but also, Iโve learned about how reflection learns the philosophy behind the practice. Throughout the philosophy, my self-realization including self -awareness rose to a new level.
I truly believe that the most important lesson I have learned is teaching others is the best way to learn. Moreover, through this lesson, I have learned to behave properly with others because your behavior shows your character. Iโve also learned by applying and setting a principle in my life will enable me to live a meaningful and purposeful life.
In addition, by attending this Yoga Instructor Course I have given a loving and supportive family. And I am truly blessed and deeply grateful to be part of the Sakthi School of Yoga (SSOY). I took this opportunity and proudly said that I am Master SK Duraiโs student.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been practicing yoga for quite some time now and I've always wanted to learn the art of yoga on a deeper level. During the MCO days, I discovered Sakthi School of Yoga page on Instagram, and it attracted me right away due to the amount of dedication and passion both the masters (Master SK Durai and Master Anuradha) have put in, giving an abundant amount of knowledge to their students.
I decided to enroll in the teacher's training course in January 2022, and to be honest, it was the best decision that I've ever made. I've gained so much knowledge about yoga...and most importantly, it has transformed the way I look at things.
Master SK Durai always says, "right actions on the mat ensure right actions off the mat."
I'm certainly a better individual now, and will continue to spread the knowledge and positivity everywhere I go, just like my master.
Talking about my master, SK Durai, I am extremely grateful and thankful to God for blessing me to travel in this path of yoga together with him. He is such a great guru who will go all out in teaching and guiding everyone in the class, paying attention to each and every one of us, and never shows his exhaustion to anyone. He is an inspiration to all of us.โค๏ธ
Last but not least, I've gained a family here. All 24 of us walked in with different backgrounds and hardships but with the same goal, which is to achieve a spiritual realization... And just that one mindset is enough to create an everlasting bond among all of us.
