★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This car rental company is not professional and provide no service to customer. On 6th Aug, we contacted the company and tried to rent a car to travel around Shah Alam for 2 days. I am from Singapore. After several conversations with the staff, I agreed to all the rental fees and pick up fees and even overnight parking fees, they just send an email on 7th Aug that they have no car available. I tried to call the on 7th Aug nite and whole day of 8th Aug, nobody picked up the phone. They simply let us in a lurch. They gave us 2 other company names but the company said they were not informed. So disappointed with such car rental company and such treatment to a lady who needs the car badly. I spent so much on telephone calls and messages. Not reliable. The staff should tell the truth that thy have no car available.
