★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. You may wanna change your direction because it bring us straight to a local house, jauh dari lokasi kedai sebenar. Beza beratus meter juga.
2. Menu yang dipamerkan indah khabar dari rupa. Order Banana Split pisang habis. Order Fruity ice cream pun tak ada.
3. Kami datang hanya bertiga tapi servis sangat lembab. Ambil masa 20-30 minit untu serve 2 waffle ice cream dengan 1 ice cream cup. Tidak pasti sama ada pekerja terlatih atau tidak sebab nak tabur chocolate chip n chocolate rice pun amek masa dekat 10 minit. Untuk sedia satu Ice Cream cup dekat 10 minit. Itu belum termasuk waffle lagi. Bayangkan kalau 10 orang pelanggan datang.
4. Waffle hangus, terpaksa tunggu buat semula. Tambah masa lagi.
5. Sudahlah servis lambat tapi pekerja langsung tak mintak maaf buat customer tertunggu tunggu. Bukan sekejap ye tapi lama.
6. Ada tempat basuh tangan yang disediakan tapi tiada air.
7. Saya menyesal pergi sebab tak tengok review terlebih dahulu. To all customer, kalau anda seorang yang short-tempered anda dinasihatkan agar jangan datang je kedai ini.
8. Untuk pihak pengurusan Yummy Scoop Hub Ice Cream , mungkin anda rasa perkara ini perkara kecil tapi perkara kecil inilah yang bagi pelanggan lari. I will never returned to this cafe again. No wonder ada orang lain kat kafe tu.
9. Kesemua yang disebutkan di atas menghilangkan selera kami untuk menikmati ais krim yang dihidang.
 1. You may want to change your direction because it brings us straight to a local house, away from the actual store location. It's hundreds of meters too.
2. The menu showcases beautifully from the look. Order Banana Split bananas. There's no order for fruity ice cream.
3. We came in only three but the service was very humid. Take 20-30 minutes to serve 2 waffle ice cream with 1 ice cream cup. Not sure if the worker is trained or not because they want to distribute chocolate chip n chocolate rice in about 10 minutes. Set one Ice Cream cup within 10 minutes. That doesn't include waffles yet. Imagine 10 customers coming.
4. Waffle burns, have to wait for it again. Add more time.
5. Slow down service but direct workers do not apologize for customer waiting. Not for a moment but for a long time.
6. There is a washing machine available but no water.
7. I'm sorry to leave because I didn't see the review in advance. To all customer, if you are short-tempered you are advised not to come to this store.
8. For the management of Yummy Scoop Hub Ice Cream, you may think this is a small thing but this is the small thing that customers are running away from. I will never return to this cafe again. No wonder there are others in the cafe.
9. All of the above satisfy our appetite for ice cream served.

Waffle ice cream also taste good and tak muak.
price: reasonable
will come again after this. but please train your staff to be a bit friendly towards your customer ?
