โ โ โ โ โ i did pearl facial and my mom did anti pigmentation facial. the service was very bad. the beautician used wet wipes to wipe our face. Felt not clean after the facial. After the facial, severe pimples has appeared. really not satisfied with the service. We didnt do threading after experiencing their facial service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

โ โ โ โ โ First i went there after saw pashini video has facial . I did pigmentation facial, below is my view.
1. It takes about 1h 30min total and each time each procedure, there wasnt much explanation, and im clueless what is going on. Also when there is waiting time in mid of facial to let the item dry , i wasnt informed how long is it.. just imagine eye closed, and you were clueless how long more to wait.
2. For face wiping, first time i see using wet tissue.
3. Staff attitude, i repeat staff attitude. When i was in facial room, throughout the whole process, there is one girl talking and laughing soooo loud, just imagine, i can hear all their conversation clearly. Simply random call friends, and ask them you busy or not, if they said free, she will tell im busy and laughing like hell. I understand staff can have own time but not up to this level when customer in premise. Refer to point 1, is anyone ask me why i didnt sleep and asking for waiting time, the reason is item 3.
4. Before facial, my whole face was soft, no acne (im sure because i shaved before came here), after facial both my cheeks, have multiple new pimples.
Eventhough im not a frequent facial guy, but i did facial from normal ordinary outlet till authorized franchise like sakura, never had this symptom before.
Maybe Pashini did facial with the owner itself and im sure if she experience item 1 and 3 especially, then only will know
