I bought a set of 18 pieces glass container from Samaria Cutlery over a year ago on Lazada.
Unfortunately, one of the glass containers body was broken.
I was upset and with last hope, I contacted them to ask if they sell only the body.
Their customer service is friendly and helpful.
I was told that the modal is an old model, but they will try their best to help me.
After a week I followed up with them.
They only request an amount of RM5 delivery fee, and I got my glass container body today, perfectly without any defect!
A big thank you to Samaria Cutlery and your staff named Fara.
