★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling for 20 times in a day. Never picked up the phone. I dont know why they didnt pick up the phone. Maybe understaffed. But no other choice to claim warranty. Long wait outside during these particular covid condition is understandable by me. Never met any rude front desk lady. So far was attended professionally. Just please overcome your problem dealing with customers calls.. what the point of giving your phone number if no one is there to pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one reply Ur phone call even, the phone ringing.. don't waste Ur time by calling... Better come straight to office.. but que quite long.. atleast spend an hour to meet the staff... The staff friendly though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here due to within warranty claim. Quite frustrating as so many years this was my first time having a smartphone and faulty within 6 moths with such a "fragile handling". Absolutely no heavy usages. Still get faulty. ?? . And upon my revisit, there was 4 out of 6 customers having the same issues. About this service centre is like straight forward service. Do not expect too much. Send in for repair. Once repair done a SMS will be notified. Then your phone is ready for pickup.
