Nice service center.. Our phone was broken so badly but at this service center it got fixed and we were so so happy.. got the phone just as new..

What service are u providing? My parents when there at 11 something today and u asked them to get a 'card' before u can service the phone?. All samsung phone come with 1 year warranty and everything should be available online without requiring and paper documentation. Disappointed with Samsung Melaka service! As i cant reply, so I am editing my post. I am not too sure why u need a memory card, you can run a diagnosis first before deciding to wipe the data, even changing screen does not require wiping the data. Please i have few Samsung phones, I have never require a memory card when I sent to service center. Wiping the data is tedious, and according to her the resolution was simple software update. This could have been prevented, if someone was willing to look at what happen to the phone first.

Called for enquiries regarding my Samsung Z Flip 3 screen protector replacement. The PIC said is free for replacement for the 1st time and only will take very short time to replace it. Went there, they said have to pay Rm125. After further questioning, they said is free but need to write a report and will take 3 hours to complete the replacement. Really not professional. If pay Rm125, can do it on the spot. Bravo Samsung!

The service is slow and the staffs dont really care about the waiting time of other customers. The queue just keeps getting longer. I would suggest the staff to advise the waiting customers on the waiting time, so that they can make a decision (to stay or to come back again).
