★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located on the 02nd Floor, TerminalOne Seremban (behind the TerminalOne Bus Station)
The customer service personnel at the Front Desk are friendly, informative & attentive. Even my call were answered in a very good/profesional manner (I called because I wanted to reconfirm the venue - I am not familiar with Seremban City Ctr as I came from Nilai)
Do not forget to take a number from the machine near the entrance. Queue up while waiting for your turn & follow SOP ??.
BUT going up the staircase (via escelator) is tiring because it was OFF (maybe because there's not much crowd during MCO)

I paid for inspection then for recommended replacement of compressor under warranty.
I got a verbal report to my junior staff that “gas has leaked” and the fridge was therefore un repairable!
I requested a formal explanation several times over the following month by phone and WhatsApp snd was totally cut off!
I’ve been without a fridge for months looking for a shop to repair it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i like this place.it is inside the Terminal 1 shopping mall.this is the place where Samsung phones are serviced, checked and repaired.it is the service centre for Samsung phones for the town of Seremban.it is nice, clean, comfortable and pleasant.it also provides good and reliable service for Samsung phones.there is airconditioning in this place for the comfort of customers.
