fold 2 units but my staff looks like I have no money. I went straight to the samsung sunway pyramid and bought it for cash. next time the customer service is good don't do it ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Samsung shop at the second floor of the old wing is horrible, bought a galaxy watch for my wife on 22/05/2021, they gave a display set and when I asked their sales person Azhar told there is warranty for 2 years, the watch spoiled in 6 months, and the warranty was already started on 2019 itself, hence i cant claim my warranty. Walked in, they said cant do anything. No sorry and no courtesy whatsoever. The sales person also left. Money burn. Worse experience ever with Samsung, please be aware of their sales person. Will never use any more of Samsung products thanks to outlets like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Samsung outlet. I've just bought Samsung Galaxy A03 from this outlet yesterday. All the sales persons here are very friendly. I was assisted by Mr Early Helmi. This guy is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for your great help bro. All Samsung outlets should have a sales person like him. Good place, good people, great experience.
