★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't call it premium please..... Samsung probably have the worst service centres ever. My experience is a lousy one, definitely not a premium one. The staff have no clue about their products, even ordering a simple vacuum filter takes an hour. The only thing that comes out of these people's mouth is cannot cannot cannot. I used to be a big Samsung fan, but I'm shifting to Electrolux because Samsung doesn't have any idea about customer service. It is simply sad. WARNING. To all people using Google maps please be informed that Samsung service centre for phones is no longer here they have moved it to KMC Mall.... Another dark side of Samsung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Call not answering . Try to consult for my device problem but couldn't even answer and lastly Samsung East Coast managed to assist me. Anyone who would like to repair your phone fast may go to kl instead.
